For data labs
You hold the contract. We hold the bench.
We work inside your spec and your rubric, in your system, your client’s, or ours, and we stay invisible. Your name never appears here.
Why we exist
Sourcing is easy. Holding quality for nine months is not.
A data lab wins a frontier-lab contract on the strength of its platform, its rubric design and its research. Then it has to find two hundred practising radiologists, or tax partners, or structural engineers, and keep them working to a standard while the bench turns over. That is not the thing you raised money to do.
It is the work we take. We are an engineering studio that learned to run expert operations because our clients kept needing it, and we would rather be the layer underneath a dozen data labs than compete with them for the same contracts.
How it works
Five terms, written into every partnership.
- 01
You hold the contract
We work behind you. We do not approach your clients, we do not quote them directly, and we do not use the engagement in our own sales.
- 02
Your system, your client’s, or ours
We work wherever you choose: inside your tooling, inside your client’s, or internally with us. We do not sell a platform, so there is nothing to migrate and nothing to integrate.
- 03
Named squads, no attribution
A fixed squad with a lead, briefed on your standard. Your name never appears on this site, in a case study or in a pitch, for as long as you want it that way.
- 04
Two gates, not one
Ours runs before yours. Your QA gate stays the gate that counts, and our sampling exists so that less reaches it.
- 05
Capacity you can quote against
A bench of 3,000+ with 10,000+ more on call, out of India and remote worldwide, at a cost base that lets you win the work and still hold your margin. That arbitrage is the whole commercial point and we will not pretend otherwise.
What we will not do
The constraints are the product.
We will not contact your clients, bid against you on a contract we learned about through you, or publish your name. There is no case study page on this site and that is deliberate.
We will not accept a domain we cannot staff. If you need thirty practising anaesthetists in two weeks and we have four, we will say four and tell you when the rest can be ready, which is less pleasant to hear and considerably cheaper than finding out in batch three.
We will not quote a rate that only works if quality slips. The arbitrage is real and it is enough; there is no need to pretend it is larger than it is.
Send a spec and a sample batch.
We will tell you on the call whether we can staff it, how fast, and what the bench looks like before you commit to anything.
