The bench
People who still do the work.
3,000+ practising professionals on the bench and 10,000+ more on call, vetted on paid work samples rather than on a CV, paid properly, and named to the client.
Who these people are
Expertise expires the day someone stops practising.
Everyone on the bench still practises. A tax expert writing transfer-pricing traces for us files returns for a living; a radiologist annotating reports reads scans on Monday. The moment someone stops practising they stop being the thing the model needs, which is why we do not build a full-time annotation floor and call it a panel of experts.
Most of the bench is in India, where there is a deep pool of chartered accountants, doctors, lawyers and engineers who work in English. The rest is remote and worldwide, which is how a US clinical project gets US-licensed clinicians where licensing matters.
Domains we staff (10)
Listed only when there is someone vetted we can put on a call this week.
If what you need is not here, ask. Adding a domain takes three to five weeks, and we will quote that honestly rather than claim coverage we do not have.

How we vet
Credentials are checked, then set aside.
The screen that matters is a paid work sample in the exact format the project needs, marked blind against the project rubric by someone already calibrated on it. The ones who fail are usually genuinely expert practitioners who cannot write their reasoning down, which is a different skill from having it.
After that there is a calibration round on a shared set until agreement with the squad lead holds, and a probation batch that is fully double-scored. Nobody writes unreviewed work in their first month.
How they are paid
Paid monthly, whether or not the client has paid us.
Hourly or per item, at a professional rate for the domain. No unpaid trials, no clawbacks on accepted work, and no platform fee taken out of the rate.
This is commercial self-interest rather than virtue. Expert data quality tracks retention almost exactly, and people who are paid late leave.
Joining
One thing non-specialists get wrong.
If you want to join the bench, write to remotevansh@gmail.com with your field, how long you have practised, and one thing in it that non-specialists routinely get wrong. The last part is the real application.
Tell us the domain you are stuck staffing.
One call, and you get a straight answer about whether we can take it. If we cannot, we will say so on the call rather than three batches in.
